New Yoga Class at Moon Haven Studio!

Join Amy Renae on Tuesdays at 10am for a beginner friendly gentle yoga hour.

Dates: June 2 to July 7, 2026

I am so excited that Amy Renae is coming to lead this class. I have longed to work with her for years, ever since she ran her studio Luna Yoga in Fort Oglethorpe. So it's a dream come true to collaborate. Welcome, Amy Renae! And thank you!

From Amy:

We'll begin with breath work and transition to mindful movement, then end with relaxing stretches that guide into a peaceful savasana.

It's possible these spots will fill, so make your reservation now.

Class tuition is $100 cash only for the 6 weeks.

Attention Moon Haven Dancers,

I am currently still in California due to an unexpected airline delay. Wednesday & Thursday classes will be skipping this week as I will not be able to arrive in time. I am sorry! We will add make up classes.

Dawn-Marie's class 7pm Thursday will meet as planned.

Beginner Belly Dance
Essential Moves + Choreography

Learn from foundation up, including core moves and artistic concepts, meant to help you grow and strengthen your dance and expand the language you use for choreography as well as improvisation and interactive dance. Building fluidity as well as precision, feeling more natural in the movements, and enjoying this beautiful art form are also goals of this class.

Metal Fire Fans Choreography
Metal & Belly Dance? Yes, they are an amazing fusion. With fire? Naturally. This class is best for dancers who have learned the basics and don't mind a strenuous workout, because the fans do have weight and the metal will have us working our muscles and building up cardio endurance. Most of the class is indoors learning choreography. Fire safety will be reviewed before lighting up.
