The Alley

For the last five years, the Alley has been a hybrid gym, catering to general population fitness and advanced athlete training. It has been a privilege to be a part of the journey for so many athletes in our community. But with growth comes change.

We are excited to announce that The Alley has been acquired by FIT1 in Rexburg. Rigby will be their second location. They will offer state of the art equipment, locker rooms, group fitness classes, 24/7 access, tanning, saunas and more.

Alley access will be open to members until February 11, 2022. There will be no charges to current Alley members for gym access (gym access is FREE from Feb 1- Feb 11th, cards will not be charged.) The transition begins February 12th and the remodel is anticipated to be 60-90 days. *Mention you are an Alley member for FREE ENROLLMENT and a DISCOUNT on a monthly membership at FIT1 Rigby!!

From the athletic performance side, Paul & Sam Isom (Geared) have been providing training and recovery solutions with incredible success! Results have been amazing, from getting athletes back on the field in miraculous times to significant improvement in sports performance. The athlete training sessions are in session! We have training sessions that will benefit athletes in all sports.

We have recently started implementing a new and improved program with Geared Athletics Training. This program is designed to take committed and determined athletes and turn them into machines. This is an exciting and long-awaited release for The Alley family! The Geared Athletics Training Program has been in the process of development through years of running performance training with individual athletes. The focus on how athletes Move, Think, and Eat enables evidence of REAL RESULTS!

Come in to learn more about session times and elite athlete packages. Don't procrastinate your potential!
