Tonight's class was filled with surprises and fun!!! I would like thank these Rockstars who showed up to help make the last class loud!! These past 6 years have been amazing and I am grateful for every moment. While I am stepping down from my teaching role at Fitness Fusion, I will continue to support my fellow POUND Pros in their classes. POUND will have a place in my heart forever. It keeps you moving and and your mind sharp.

Our last glow class of 2026 was so fun. Sorry if you missed it..but we had a blast tonight. We always have fun during and after class. Next week will be our final class so if you are able to join us we would love to see you and help us make noise to say goodbye. I’d like to thank Veronica for keeping us moving these last 6 months.. without her, class would not have happened.

Final 2 classes!!💚

After much thought, I’ve made the very hard decision that I will not be returning to teach POUND after this month. This wasn’t an easy decision to make, because I really love teaching POUND! This journey has meant so much more to me than just a class or a workout. It’s been connection, laughter, music, movement, and a community I will always be grateful for. Every beat, every song, every class was made special because you made this experience unforgettable.

I’m so thankful for every one of you who showed up along the way giving all your energy, and making these last 6 years what they were.

Let’s make these final 2 classes count! We will turn the music up, bring the energy, and finish strong together!

The last song will end, but the friendships, laughter, and memories will stay with us forever.” 💚🥁

We definitely had another fun class. Those who haven’t been in a while… you are missing out. We had 3 new tracks in the mix and boy were they fun!!!
Next week is our GLOW glass and we would love to POUND and make some noise with you under those GLOW lights.

What a class!!! We were on 🔥 tonight!!! 3 new tracks were shared and were so much fun! They will be here all month along with a few more new surprises. Give it up for Veronica, she has the choreography down and she led us in Blood//Water and Go Crazy. We have 3 classes left this month and we would LOVE your company in making noise with us.
