We offer Personal and Group Training as well as the best Group Fitness classes, many of which are not offered anywhere else in the area!

Lovefit is closing and we are selling some things. We will have some open gym time to purchase equipment from 2:00pm to 6:00pm on Thursday, June 5, and on Friday from 9:00am to noon. Message us if you are interested in purchasing something but can’t make these times.

LOVEFIT MEMBER SPOTLIGHT 🌟💜
Katie Cook is our March spotlight!
Katie is amazing! She is a 5:30am class attendee. Despite the very early hour, she gives her all each morning as you can see from her pictures.
She works hard, and cheers on and encourages others.
Here are Katie’s answers to some questions we asked her:
1. What motivates you to stay consistent with your workouts? “Working out is something I do for myself, I find I have more to give when I take care of me.”
2. What fitness goals do you have for yourself going forward? “Learn to not despise the assault bike. Continue to build my strength and push myself beyond what my brain tells me I can do.”
3. What do you like to do when you are not working out at Lovefit? “I enjoy going to the shooting range, camping, 4-wheeling, and scenic drives.”
4. What would you name the autobiography of your life? “Loyal Heart, Unbreakable Spirit”
5. What is the last good book you read? “Shoe Dog”
6. Do you prefer cardio or strength training? “Strength.”
7. What is your beverage of choice after working out? “Water and a protein shake”
8. What does your perfect day look like? “A day in the mountains with my husband.”
9. What is your favorite kind of music to listen to when you work out? “Anything upbeat that pushes me to keep going.”

We love Katie! Our 5:30am class is a small group, so she often does a lot of hard workouts with no one to commiserate with. She strives each day to not just do her best, but also to continually improve in strength, stamina and technique. She is a delightfully kind person and watching her nail a really tough workout is our favorite way to start the day.

Juelaine Ricks is our February spotlight!
Juelaine is amazing! She rarely misses a class and that dedication has resulted in increased strength and stamina.
She works hard, and gives her best in each class.
Here are Juelaine’s answers to some questions we asked her:
1. What motivates you to stay consistent with your workouts? “It’s my mental therapy. I love pushing myself to see what my body can do. Also the people are pretty great.”
2. What fitness goals do you have for yourself going forward? “Always looking to get stronger and improve endurance.”
3. What do you like to do when you are not working out at Lovefit? “I love to do anything active-mostly in the summer. Love traveling and being with friends and family.”
4. What would you name the autobiography of your life? “How a City Girl Ended Up in Idaho”
5. What is the last good book you read? “The Happy Ever After Playlist by Abby Jimenez (Such a great rom-com)
6. Do you prefer cardio or strength training? “Hard to say! Cardio makes me feel more accomplished, but I love how you can track improvement with strength.”
7. What is your beverage of choice after working out? “Fair life protein chocolate milk”
8. What does your perfect day look like? “Family trip in Disneyland with Dole whip, and a churro.”
9. What is your favorite kind of music to listen to when you work out? “I don’t usually like rap, but while working out a good old school rap/hip hop song can hit just right.”

We love Juelaine! She never complains, is totally awesome at trying new things, has a very fun sense of humor and is one of the kindest people we know. Thanks for encouraging others and for choosing the 100 pound sandbag!

1. What motivates you to stay consistent with your workouts? “To look and feel my very best!”
2. What fitness goals do you have for yourself going forward? “Continue to get stronger and build endurance.”
3. What do you like to do when you are not working out at Lovefit? “Be with my family, camping, fishing, or just going to a movie.”
4. What would you name the autobiography of your life? “Come What May”
5. Do you prefer cardio or strength training? “Both. I love that they both push me out of my comfort zone.”
6. What is your beverage of choice after working out? “Diet Dr Pepper but if I picked something healthier it would be Mango Clear Protein.”
7. What does your perfect day look like? “Spending the day with my family.”
8. What is your favorite kind of music to listen to when you work out? “Anything with a great beat!”

LOVEFIT MEMBER SPOTLIGHT🌟💜
Melissa Wood is our spotlight for the month of December!
Melissa started training at Lovefit in September. She is amazing! Melissa started out with us already having great athletic ability and strength. She has made significant improvements in her range of motion, and flexibility.
One of the best things about Melissa is the way she supports others in class. She is kind, friendly, and generous in her willingness to encourage others at the gym.
Here are Melissa’s answers to some questions we asked her:
1. What motivates you to stay consistent with your workouts? “I want to continue to be active and play with my kids, and eat dessert.”
2. What fitness goals do you have for yourself? “Build muscle and endurance .”
3. What do you like to do when you’re not working out? “Play basketball and pickle ball.”
4. What would you name the autobiography of your life? “There’s Always Room for Chocolate.”
5. What is the last good book you read? “The Nightingale by Kristin Hannah.”
6. Do you prefer cardio or strength training? “Both.”
7. What is your beverage of choice after working out? “A chocolate whey protein shake with almond milk.”
8. What does your perfect day look like? “Spending it with my family going on an adventure and eating good food.”
9. What is your favorite kind of music to listen to while working out? “Anything upbeat that I can sing along with.”

We love Melissa, and are so glad we get to spend time with her each week. She rarely misses a day of class and her hard work is paying off. She is fast and strong and we hope she brags to her son about all the burpees she can do!
