This Tai-Chi Class offered explains the three basic principles that you need to be aware of:
1. Placement of the tongue on the hard pallet
2. Breathing from the lower diaphragm, or belly.
3. The Feet should be rooted or grounded.

In preparation for the first class, students must prepare:
1. No jewelry - metal will inhibit the energy from moving through the body.
2. Wear loose clothing, rubber soled slipper (no open toed shoes)
3. Always bring a bottle of water, room temperature only.

Any questions relating to the presentation and/or demonstration that Sifu Weston will do, we will have an open forum for any questions that you may have.

Thank you.
