✨A Discussion and Practice That Will Light Up Your Internal GPS System

✨”Chakra” is a Sanskrit word and can be translated into wheel or vortex. Chakras are not visible to the eye; they are part of our consciousness, our energy or subtle body.

✨We have seven main Chakras which are situated along the spine, starting from the base of the spine and moving up to the crown of the head. Each of the seven Chakras relate and are connected to certain areas of our body as well as our emotional, psychological, spiritual and mental state.

✨If you’re like most people, there are imbalances, blockages or behavioral patterns sabotaging your energy, confidence or grounding, which manifest as fatigue, confusion or fear. When this system is in BALANCE we are aligned.

✨This workshop will include a discussion on:

-What are Chakras? Where they are located and how do they work?

-Which Color and Crystal is associated with each energy center?

Join us in these playful and meaningful yoga experiences designed for children ages 5–8 and their grown up.

Together, you’ll spend an hour connecting through mindful movement, simple breathing exercises, partner poses and creative activities that encourage curiosity, confidence and imagination.

This workshop is all about slowing down, sharing quality time and creating lasting memories while exploring yoga in a fun, welcoming and lighthearted environment.

NO PRIOR YOGA EXPERIENCE NEEDED❤️—just come ready to move, laugh, and grow together.

Learn to teach safe, effective, and empowering Mat-based Pilates classes. This comprehensive course covers classical and contemporary exercises, anatomy fundamentals, cueing techniques, and class sequencing. Ideal for fitness and yoga instructors looking to add Mat Pilates into their teaching toolbox.
