Jersey Women Strong, LLC Get fit. Give back. Change lives. Jersey Women Strong is northern NJ's largest all-women running and multi-sport team.

Our membership includes over 135 women of all ages and abilities, including those who have never run or exercised. Our goal is to empower women to take time for self-care through physical fitness and exercise, while at the same time giving back to their communities through charitable outreach and philanthropy. We work closely with local organizations such as Oasis: A Haven for Women and Children a

nd Center for Hope and Safety, and have raised thousands of dollars for these and other local groups and families.

Cool Fact: State College hosted its first IRONMAN 70.3 in 2023. The course features a finish line right in the heart of Beaver Stadium, one of the largest college football stadiums in the country.
