Morgantown Knights Semi-Pro Men's Basketball Team

We are looking to add a team to the area for the 2025-26 ABA Semi-Pro Basketball Season. We will be looking for 10-14 Basketball players that are over the age of 18, and must not play for any college. We will be hosting open gyms in the Frostburg, Maryland area to help get the interest up before we have trying at the beginning of next year. We will be looking to hire for the following positions:

Head Coach
Assistant Coach
Team Manager
Statisticians (3 positions)

Our state positions would be great for those students that are looking to make a little bit of money while watching a fast past game.

Our season consist of 20 games with 10 of them being played at home. We are currently in the process of finding a home gym in the area for our team. Please spread the word!

Interested in being apart of our organization? We will be releasing open gym dates for our Tri-State Blazers Professional Basketball and our Morgantown Knights Basketball teams. Tryouts for Both teams will be in the around the April time frame to give us ample time to get things ready for the season.
We will be looking to fill 14 positions for both teams. We will be looking for coaches, team managers, and game day staff for both teams. If you are interested or have questions, please feel free to send us a message or email at [email protected] Our season starts in November and runs through March.
Players must be committed to practices and games. This can not be stressed enough. Schedules are out in advance along with talking to players/staff to see what days and times work best for the majority. We are sill a growing organization, and looking for positive people to join our staff.

We are currently looking for a venue to play home games. This would be a great opportunity for a school to bring in extra revenue, source of community service, and something positive for the area.
We play 8-10 home games a season, and games would be on Saturday evenings. Our season runs from November - March.

We are also starting to build a contact list for Team Manager, Coaching staff, and game day staff. If you are interested in learning more about our organization, or being apart of it, please send us a message.

Please checkout out our Affiliate team Tri-State Blazers that are currently playing this season. Home games are played at Potomac State College in Keyser WV.
