5 Vegan Muscle Tips βœ…πŸ‘‡

When it comes to building muscle on a vegan diet it’s some things to avoid

And it’s easy to fall into the junk food vegan trap πŸͺ€

Which will destroy your progress 😀

So follow these tips ⬇️

1️⃣ Get Stronger - people ask what’s better high reps, low reps etc.. my answer is get stronger at the πŸ”‘ lifts ( incline, squats, pull ups )

2️⃣ Get Enough Protein - it’s not as much as you think πŸ’­ you only need 0.8 grams per pound of body weight

3️⃣ Sleep 😴 - Get atleast 7 hours if not kiss yourgains goodbye

4️⃣ Eat Berries 🫐 - berries have antioxidants which help recovery

5️⃣ Have a Plan - don’t just go throwing weight around know what you are doing
