Hi Friends!

We've updated some of our policies and just wanted to keep you in the loop (see below). Please email us with ANY questions you may have and PLEASE check out our new schedule that is LIVE on MINDBODY starting next week. Stay happy and healthy!

Affinity Studio is a MINDBODY member. MINDBODY is a website and app that makes it easy for gym goers to sign up for classes in their communities. It also makes it easy for small businesses like ours to keep track of attendance, anticipate class sizes, notify you when classes change, and crosscheck membership activity and class package usage. MINDBODY is EXTREMELY helpful for Affinity because, let's face it, our staff is single digits, and having an app do these things for us means we can spend more time attending to YOU (and less time biting our nails wondering if a class will be over capacity, or way under).

New policies we've implemented in order to deliver the best experience:

• If there is no one signed up for a class a half an hour prior to the class start time, we will be canceling the class. We love you, BUT we don't know you're coming if you don't sign up!

• If a class is changed/canceled, we will send an automated email to the email address you have on file with us so that you are aware.

• If you attend any class 3 times without signing up prior, a $25.00 fee will be added to your next purchase/debited to your account unless you email us prior to class with an issue signing up ([email protected]).

Some classes require the use of headphones, which are limited. If you do not sign up for class, we cannot guarantee there will be available equipment for you.

So, we are asking for all of you lovely humans to please (pretty please!) sign up for classes using the MINDBODY app or website. If you go to the "How To's and Forms" tab located in the upper right hand corner of our website, we've included step-by-step instructions on how to create an account on the MINDBODY app or via a desktop computer.

If you’re afraid to try a pole class because you think you have no strength, this is a great place to start!
