On Saturday, July 11th, Team Calapya participated in the 2026 Olympia Dragon Boat Festival. This is an annual festival put on by the Olympia Dragon Boat Club in celebration of the 2000 year old sport. Among the new experiences had by most team members, aside from the location, was paddling among jellyfish, crabs and seals. Best of all, the Team's overall improvement really showed by posting some of the best times for a 250 m heat since Calapya's inception. One Boat... One Water... One Team... CALAPYA!!!
