When you are taking ANY dance class it is imperative to look at the instructor to learn the choreography and understand its mechanics! But once your body starts to register the movement it is important to focus on yourself while performing in the mirror!

This will help you with retaining the movement “muscle memory” - all while adding your own swag and dynamics!
