I know that we have been in this one scripture a lot. But there is so much to unpack. How do we demolish strongholds? By bringing them into the Light! Paul is telling us right before this verse to not use the standards of this world, we are called to a higher ground!

I have not won the victory yet. Everyday I still have to wake up and begin my battle with my weight and eating habits. But I am not giving up. I loved in our Bible study where it gave us the truth over the lies the world tells us every day. I am enough because Jesus is in me, and He already won the battle!
