🇺🇸 BIG NFA NEWS — THE INJUNCTION IS NOW IN EFFECT! 🇺🇸
This is a HUGE development for gun owners, especially here in Texas.
A federal court has blocked ATF from enforcing key NFA registration and approval requirements for suppressors, SBRs and SBSs against those covered by the court’s injunction.
So what does that mean for Skeeter’s customers?
👉 For qualifying customers and transactions covered by the injunction, the traditional Form 4 approval process may no longer be required before taking possession.
That potentially means skipping the Form 4 wait and completing the applicable regular fi***rm transfer paperwork instead.
BUT — and this part is important — this is brand-new territory.
The injunction only protects specific plaintiffs and those covered through the organizations/businesses included in the court’s order. We are also waiting on final industry/compliance guidance regarding exactly how dealers should handle these transfers, including incoming dealer transfers and Form 4s that are already pending.
We aren’t going to guess when it comes to your suppressor — or our FFL.
As soon as we have confirmed guidance for exactly how these transfers will be handled at Skeeter’s, we’ll let y’all know.

Hang tight. We’re watching closely for guidance on how already-submitted applications will be treated. We don’t want to tell anyone their existing Form 4 is cancelled, unnecessary, or ready for transfer until we have confirmation.
