It is okay to admit when you are not okay, and I am tired of pretending that I am.

Many of who are close to me have likely noticed my lack of social media activity over the recent months. It is not by coincidence.

Sometimes, life presents obstacles that will force you to take a step back and reevaluate yourself. There is no shame in acknowledging that.

Operating on fumes is not sustainable.

Reset. Recharge. Restart.

Always sell your moves. You create driving lanes through misdirection and misperception. Not by dribbling 10,000 times.

Learn how to move your body and change angles on a dime. THAT is how get to the basket with ease!

You can have all the skill & athletic ability in the world, but it's the SMALL DETAILS that separate good players from great players!!

ALWAYS keep the 🏀 out of reach of defenders when attacking defenders, manipulate them by using your 👀s, and lead with your shoulder aka BE THE FIRST TO HIT!!!

Raven is a 6th grader who already stands at 5'8. Her coaches use her as a center, even though she'll likely barely reach 6'0...

Over the past 2 months, I've been transitioning her from a big to a guard. It's a tough process, but she's all for it and is hellbent to hoop like her favorite player, Paige Bueckers. Keep following her journey‼️💪🏾
