Just because I’m not in the game the same way doesn’t mean I’ve left it.
I stay sharp, for my students, for my family, and the next generation watching closely. The ones watching how I move when no one’s cheering.
Leadership isn’t what you say… it’s what you still do.
And don’t get it twisted. Just because I’m older doesn’t mean I can’t still mess you up if I have to.

Consistency is staying committed to your habits day after day so you can become the person you want to be. Choosing to show up builds character, discipline, and strength. Perseverance continuing to move forward and stay committed to something even when it’s hard, uncomfortable, or you don’t feel motivated. It’s the ability to push through challenges, resist giving up, and stay focused on a goal despite setbacks or obstacles. That’s what shapes strong men and unstoppable minds. Keep pushing. Keep becoming.
