discovers the sport: gear-provided “try-it” nights, family sessions, youth clinics, and entry leagues that make the game approachable, fun, and instantly addictive. From a first trial to competitive play, RFC turns discovery into development: more players, stronger teams, and a durable grassroots movement that fits Richmond’s underdog spirit.
