Bring-A-Friend Week is back! 🎉

Monday, June 29th through Saturday, July 4th, your friends and family can join you at S3E CrossFit for FREE! All week long!

We know stepping into a gym for the first time can be intimidating. Many people think they need to “get in shape” before they try CrossFit. The truth? This is exactly where you come to do that.

Whether your friend wants to lose weight, gain confidence, get stronger, find a community, keep up with their kids, or simply move better, we’ll meet them where they’re at.

No matter how fit—or unfit-they think they are, this week is an opportunity to experience what CrossFit is really about:

🚨Women’s Nutrition Series Announcement!

We are excited to announce an upcoming summer long nutrition series being offered by Coach Miriam of and Coach Janice Shaneen of that will be hosted at S3E CrossFit!

This series is specifically designed to help women stay strong, active, and healthy as they age.

YOU DO NOT WANT TO MISS THIS!

The first session of this 3-part series is scheduled for:

📆 Thursday, June 11th from 9:30 am to 11:30 am

In this open-house event, Janice and Miriam will be available to answer questions and share practical information about:

✅ Supporting bone health through nutrition

✅ Maintaining bone density as you age

✅ Reducing osteoporosis risk

✅ Healthy habits for long-term strength and mobility

This informal drop-in event allows participants to stop by briefly to gather helpful information and ask questions.

It is open to current members of Stronghardt Training, S3E CrossFit, and ALL women in the community interested in healthy aging

NUTRITION FAQ: How do I know if I’m doing the right things with food? 🤔

🧠 This is one of those questions that lives in the back of your mind when you’re eating clean, training consistently, and still not seeing the results you expected.

🔎 The truth? It’s not about whether your food is “good” or “bad”-it’s about whether your overall STRATEGY matches your GOALS.

📝 You could be eating clean but under-fueling. You might be trying to cut carbs when what your body really needs is more protein. Or maybe your meals are healthy-but too small, too late, or missing key nutrients that support fat loss, recovery, or hormone balance.
