Kicked off my 41st Birthday week celebrating with Casey Dixon and our Strong State Coaching team at our Nations Capital for the largest HYROX America event!!!

As a spectator I must say HYROX Official is truly impressive. We were easily able to watch and cheer on our Women’s Doubles team at every station and the vibes were incredible.

High energy music, amazing athletes, and just an overall well run race means I suspect the Strong State Coaching ladies will be back for more 😎🤘🏽

PCOS finally got a name that actually describes what’s happening in your body.
Because PCOS was never just an o***y problem.

Swipe to understand why the old name was failing women at the clinical level, and what the new name, PMOS may mean for your care going forward.

I also shared what I hope the clinical care could look like with this name change for patients and hopeful it moves out of the silo care in OB/GYN.

🗽 An early afternoon Yankees game that happened to be Star Wars day too…. We missed the free themed bobble head gifts for the first 18,000 people in the stadium though 🥺.

🗽 Happy hour at for Sinatra Saturdays. An iconic experience with an intimate orchestra, delish food & drinks.

🗽 Dinner at the historic aka Bruno’s Steakhouse where if you’re lucky you will be greeted at your table by Bruno himself 💛 and get a complimentary delish tiramisu.
