Big Gratitude CrossFit is excited to host our first-ever in-house competition, and it’s all for a great cause.

This event will benefit Providence Middle School as we raise funds to provide 80 matching uniforms for their boys’ and girls’ track teams. These young athletes deserve to feel like a team, and we’re proud to help support them.

One hundred percent of the profits from this competition will go directly toward funding the uniforms.

Save the date and join us for an amazing time. Whether you’re competing, volunteering, or cheering, there’s a role for everyone to play in making this event a success.

We’re excited to announce that Big Gratitude CrossFit will now be offering Barbell Fundamentals with Chad Blomquist, DPT, PT, OCS! This is an amazing opportunity for our athletes of all levels to enhance their barbell skills under expert guidance.

Whether you’re new to weightlifting or a seasoned athlete looking to refine your technique, Barbell Fundamentals is designed to cater to everyone. Spots are limited, so be sure to act quickly—it’s first come, first served!

Introducing the Elka Middle School Girls Tennis Team!

We are beyond excited to share that, for the first time in the history of the school, these amazing girls now have matching uniforms—thanks to our nonprofit. This is truly something special for us at Big Gratitude CrossFit and our nonprofit as we see firsthand where your support is going.

We hope these girls feel empowered, knowing there are people who care about them and want them to look and feel their best, both on and off the court.

Your donations to our nonprofit are tax-deductible and go directly to supporting economically disadvantaged children in our community, as well as helping veterans transition into the civilian workforce. A huge thank you to our members and supporters, as 100% of the gym’s profits are invested into these efforts.
