For as long as I can remember all I wanted to be was be a strength and conditioning coach and help as many athletes and people as possible reach their goals.

I am proud to say that one of my programs, The Championship Fitness Program was picked up by the National Police Athletic League to be a part of their National Curriculum!

The Championship Fitness Program’s goal is the prevention of childhood obesity through Mentorship, Fitness and Nutrition Lessons!

Over the past few days I was able to present and share my vision of the program in San Diego at the National Conference.

As of today, this program is now in 23 cities across the country and is growing!!! This program has a chance to impact thousands of kids.

Beyond grateful to all who have lended a helping hand, an ear or a set of eyes!

Can’t wait to see where this journey goes!
