RYC B**r Can, September 9, 2026. A glassed out Bay was more conducive to waterskiing than sail boat racing. The bay was beautiful, temps in the 80s, and the sky put on an amazing show for all.

Back to the B**r Can. Very few boats rounded the top mark, we did however have one boat finish the full race under cover of darkness - Well done "Uno Dos" (WylieCat 30).

A lovely night on the Bay - B**r Can @ RYC.Thank you Gary Troxel for the photos.

RS Fest at Richmond Yacht Club. Finals day, Monday, September 7, 2026.

On the Keller Cove course we only got one race off for the RS Ventures. The young Terra and Feva sailors amused themselves for a few hours during postponement.

Awards were presented by Commodore Jim Quanci and Vice Commodore Greg Mitchell.

Thank you to Will Paulsen for leading the organization of this event.

Thank you also to the Terra and Feva Coach Rob Dubuc for encouraging so many sailors to race every day this weekend.

Fall is around the corner, and that means it’s time to plan your crew (and costumes) for this year’s epic RYC Great Pumpkin Regatta! 🎃

Theme: Angels & Demons 😇😈

Devil’s horns? A halo on every crew? It depends on if you’re feeling naughty or nice (wait, wrong season). Anyway, plan a costume, register your boats, and sign up to volunteer!

Two days of amazing racing in the Richmond Riviera. One of the Bay’s best post-race parties on Saturday, and the best hospitality of any club.

🗓️ October 24th & 25th
