Join us at Colonial Fit RVA this Saturday 11/23 @ 8am for our 10th Annual Turkey Burn Bootcamp.

Chris and Brie have a special circuit workout prepared that will surely target ALL the things. Legs, Thighs, wings and all of the fixings to go along!! Don't sleep in on this one, we will be closed for the following week from 11/24 through December 1st. Let's GO!!
