THUNDERCROSS CX - CANCELED

This one hurts.

With less than 60 unique racers registered and race day just six days away, we’ve made the difficult decision to cancel ThunderCross CX on October 11.

We know y’all are ready to race. We are too.

But putting on the kind of CX race we believe in requires committing to permits, insurance, officials, timing, awards, course infrastructure and a lot more well before the first whistle blows. We can’t responsibly make those commitments hoping the numbers arrive at the last minute.

All registered racers will receive a full refund.

And to everyone who registered early: THANK YOU.

Grassroots racing needs you. Early registrations give promoters the confidence to commit, build the course, and put on the kind of race everyone deserves.

We’re disappointed. We know some of you will be too.

But we’re not going anywhere.

Keep racing. Keep supporting local events. And when you know you’re coming - register early. It matters more than you might think.
