These two....my heart is full. So many ups and downs and in the end, the belts around their waists are full of blood, sweat and tears (literally) and every inch of that gold was earned. Congratulations to Master Kris and Master Olivia. I couldn't be more proud!

An enormous amount of gratitude goes out to all of the other Masters and black belts who were their to assist and cheer on.

I hope you both sleep well tonight!

What an awesome test today, everyone gave it their all and took their new belt home, lots of Black belts showed up for this and that's what it's all about, great Tkd family. Now te to get going on my own material for my Masters😎!!
