2.) eat the highest quality foods, with a focus on protein.
3.) put down those 5lb weights! Light weights high reps don’t make you “toned”😂. Get strong 💪🏽

Learning something new is always a good thing! Having a little fun with a kettlebell circuit!


The circuit:
1.) 1-Arm Rows (L/R)
2.) 1-Arm Swings (L/R)
3.) 1-Arm Clean (L/R)
4.) 1-Arm Sn**ch (L/R)
This is a timed circuit. 30 sec work set followed by a 10 sec rest (transition) to the other arm. 1 min rest at the end of each round. The goal is to complete 5 rounds. Currently, I’m at 3. This 20kg bell kicks my butt😆

The goal is to increase my endurance so that I can make it through the KB certification workout 🙌🏽

Awe man...that 315 for 5 felt real good! Here we go...the KB work has really help to keep my posterior chain strong while recovering from knee surgery! There’s always a way to keep making progress.
Need some advice on working around injuries let me know...

After my knee replacement surgery I started exploring new ways to train and get in shape that didn’t include running and jumping. Kettlebells have since become my new best friend. The fact that I’m not great with them is good because it gives me lots of room to grow. I’m sure there’s a life lesson in there some where!😂

Personal training is so much bigger than abs and biceps! Over the last 13 years I’ve had the privilege of working with all sorts of amazing people with very difficult challenges.

It’s truly rewarding when you can help someone gain fitness despite the difficulties they may be facing in life!

Strength is slowly coming back!! Comeback program is working well...not counting macros(yet😂) but made some changes in my diet and weight is down 10lbs in 6 weeks and strength is increasing...win/win
