This is what I’m constantly telling my girls in order to get the scale to move

➡️lift heavy! do not cheat yourself…challenge yourself at every single session !
➡️Girl, you gotta get that cardio in no if ands or buts about it! If you’re over 30+ it’s a non negotiable at this point!!!
➡️‼️most importantly, track your food, cook your food, and actually eat the food that you cooked 👊🏾😑😑🙄🙄🙄🙄

❣️❣️ and most importantly sit back, get comfortable in a sense and be consistent because this is a forever type thing!!

I get it. Trying something new is super uncomfortable. But staying the same is way uncomfortable too. The difference is that one kind of discomfort keeps you stuck. The other changes you.
