We’re looking for volunteers to help run concessions at upcoming JV & Varsity Girls Lacrosse games. This is a great way to support our athletes and programs!

🎉 **It’s HERE! The Big Godwin Hoedown & Casino Throwdown is TONIGHT at Richmond Country Club!** 🎉

We cannot wait to welcome everyone for an incredible night in support of our Eagle athletes. Here’s everything you need to know before you head out the door:

🤠 **ATTIRE**
Casual is perfectly fine! Western flair is optional — jeans, flannels, boots, and hats are welcome, but come as you are.

💳 **FORMS OF PAYMENT**
Cash, check, and credit cards accepted.

⏰ **SCHEDULE OF EVENTS**

**6:00 PM – Doors Open & Check-In**
You’ll receive:
• 2 drink tickets (if purchased)
• 3 raffle tickets
• $10,000 in casino cash
Be sure to drop your raffle tickets into the prize container you’d most like to win!

**6:00 PM – Bar Opens**
Drink tickets valid for wine, beer, and mixed drinks. Full cash/credit bar open all night.

**7:00 PM – Heavy Hors d’oeuvres**
Come hungry! Our Cowboy Buffet features mini pulled pork sliders, steak skewers with cowboy butter, loaded potato bites, fried pickles, cowboy caviar, veggie display, and cowboy cookies. You won’t leave hungry.

**8:00 PM – Casino Opens**
Craps, Blackjack, Texas Hold ’Em Bonus Poker, and Roulette.
Additional casino cash available for purchase.
Guest with the most casino cash at the end of the night wins a prize!

**8:00 PM – Line Dancing Lesson (30 minutes)**

**8:15 PM – Blackjack Tournament Begins**

We are so excited for Saturday’s Big Godwin Hoedown & Casino Throwdown at Richmond Country Club! As we get ready for a great night, we wanted to share a few helpful FAQs so you know exactly what to expect.

ATTIRE
Casual attire is perfectly fine — Western flair is totally optional! Jeans, flannels, boots, and hats are welcome if you’d like to lean into the theme, but come as you are.

FORMS OF PAYMENT
CASH, CHECK or CREDIT accepted
6:00 P.M – Doors Open & Check-In
At check-in, you will receive: 2 drink tickets (if option purchased), 3 raffle tickets and $10,000 casino cash
Be sure to drop your 3 raffle tickets into the container for the prize you’d most like to win!

6:00 PM – Bar Opens
Drink tickets are valid for wine, beer, and mixed drinks. A full cash/credit bar will be open all night.

7:00 PM – Heavy Hors d’oeuvres served

The Godwin Athletic Association is looking for Concessions Leads to help support our Spring Sports season!

We need one volunteer per team:

🥍 JV & Varsity Girls Lacrosse

Concessions Leads play a critical role in ensuring we are able to operate concessions during spring games. This role includes:
🧾 Open & close the stand
💵 Handle/count funds
👋 Help direct parent volunteers
🤝 No experience needed — we’ll walk you through everything!
