We are adding a new Muay Thai class to the schedule starting 3/7/2026 -
Saturdays 8-9am
Bag + Conditioning for ALL levels!

Get some early morning work in with this Thai-style class, where students get guided bag work in, paired with strength and conditioning drills to make your punches and kicks stronger 🥊💪⚡️

International Women’s Day 2026!
Ladies - Come celebrate with a seminar and open mat featuring Muay Thai Coach Lauren Meyer and BJJ black belt Kim Cratsenberg. We are opening up this event to all local gyms with no registration and free of charge!
Sunday March 8th from 10am-12pm at Staples Mill.
There will be no Women’s muay thai this sunday at !

It’s that time again - No Gi August!
Hang up your gi this month because starting 8/1 all BJJ classes will be no gi. We sell rash guards and shorts at the desk if you’re in need 🙂
