When you are doing progressive overload training, your warm-up sets are crucial to your overall outcome on the day and then your progression in the long haul.

Doing warm-up sets wrong is generally the approach to this and so many people don’t even understand what it can do and how it can affect your biggest moves of the day if you do these wrong.

Regardless of where you are in life, you can never do enough to improve your health, improve self-confidence, perhaps and just feel better as you walk through each day.

There’s always a good reason to level up, it could be just for general health, could be for your kids. It could be for your grandkids, but at the end of the day, there’s no better feeling than knowing that your health is in optimal spot.

- Not everyone has the desire to get on stage or get super lean but some do.
Regardless of your goals I get you there the proper way; the healthy way.
