Today, i got texted early this morning from my client, friend, brother, and pastor , saying he was 215 lbs. Did you hear me 215 lbs he has been working hard with me and for himself since I started training!

He was working out before he hired me, and I knew it. He told me he wanted and needed a trainer to kick up his fitness journey! He has been dedicated to this journey! He understood that this is a life long journey to be in better shape for living a long productive life.

So he is an older man that wants it. He trusted me when I just started out nd I have grown as a trainer because of him.

He revealed to me he hasent been 215lbs in over 20 years!
20 years he is not only smaller he is a lot stronger. He is a true and living testimony. We started at now we are continuing at .

He knows that we are not running a 30 60 or 90 day transform we are transforming for life.
