Thanks to Brewster Pierce Students for decorating the boards with the theme "Setting Goals-Breaking Barriers". It feels great to be 70 years old and I thank all my instructors and mentors in Tang Soo Do and Tae Kwon Do- Good technique is good for the body and mind!
