🚨 STUDIO UPDATE 🚨

Effective Monday, October 2nd, please note a few studio updates.

Late Cancels/No-Shows-
Beginning 10/2, there will be a $15 fee for late cancels and a $20 fee for no-shows.

Please pre-book your classes accordingly, and cancel or change your class time at least 1 hour prior to class.

PLEASE NOTE: If you cancel early, classes with a waitlist will allow members who are waitlisted to attend class. The waitlist DOES move, if you are waitlisted for class, expect to be added to the class.

This , we join VCU Massey Cancer Center and the Massey Alliance to celebrate the F45 Training locations in the Fan District, Short Pump and Dumbarton for putting their money where their muscles are to raise funds for cancer research at Massey.

This month, members of these three F45 training gyms are competing against each other to raise the most money through the , with $3,170 total raised to date.

Coaches Conor Ashby and Heather Bellus led the F45 Training Fan District VA class with 21 participants for a strength and resistance workout to help kick cancer to the curb! For these coaches, this fight is personal. Heather lost her dad to Myeloid Leukemia in 2016, and Conor lost his father to lung cancer when he was 11 years old. “Whether coach or member, cancer seems to affect all of us in one way or another, and that is why our coaches and members are putting cancer on the run as we raise money for cancer research at VCU Massey Cancer Center,” said Conor.

As an added bonus, for every $500 raised a lucky coach will get pied in the face! Coach Rachel has also agreed to run in a T-rex costume if the studio raises $5,000 collectively. Let the games begin!
