Triceps don’t go from flab to toned by accident. You have to train them consistently and give your body enough protein to actually build and maintain muscle.

All the kickbacks, dips, and pushdowns in the world won’t make a difference if your body doesn’t have the nutrients to recover and grow.

Strong, sculpted arms are built in the gym and baked in the kitchen too. πŸ’ͺ
