Huge CONGRATULATIONS out to Maddie Royster for winning her 31st consecutive regular season race today!! Even being under the weather couldn’t stop her!!!

The whole team did great today, battling both the heat, a “new course”, and tough competition!!!

Our Warrior Athletes are in the news even during the summer!! Maddie Royster was recognized at the Positive Athlete Virginia this past Tuesday at the University of Richmond for all of her hard work in the classroom, in the community, and on the cross country trail & soccer field!! The picture is from a story on the CBS 6 page Congrats Maddie!!!!!

Airis McGeorge – 1st Team All-Conference & 1st Team All-State
Maddie Royster – 1st Team All-Conference & 2nd Team All-State
Haley Burgess – 1st Team All-Conference & 2nd Team All-State
A’kira Jefferson – Honorable Mention All-Conference

TRACK & FIELD
Rachel Zimmerman – Broke her own school record in the discus at the State Meet with a throw of 77’10.5”!!!
