Murph was never meant to be about your finish time, your leaderboard spot, or whether you wore a vest.

It’s about showing up for those that can’t. Choosing to do something hard on purpose. Taking an hour out of your day to remember the people who gave everything and never got to come home.

Some people will run it fast. Some will walk parts. Some will scale it. None of that changes the meaning behind it.

On Memorial Day, we do Murph together. That’s what matters. All are welcome to do some, all or just be support for your friends. We’ll be running rain or shine on Monday at 6:30am, 8am & 9:30am. DM if you’d like to join! 🇺🇸

Happy Mother’s Day to all the amazing moms in our community! 💐💪

Today we celebrate the women who do it all.

The moms who wake up early to get their workout in before the rest of the house is awake.

The moms who spend their days caring for everyone else, yet still make time to take care of themselves.

The moms who lead by example, showing their children what strength, resilience, and commitment look like.

The moms who juggle work, family, practices, appointments, and everything in between.

And the moms who are in the thick of it—doing the best they can, one day at a time.

We see your hard work, your dedication, and your love.
