This Saturday we held our Minute to Win-it Fitness Fundraiser and raised $521.38 for Liberation Veterans Services!

Each participant had 60 seconds to do as many reps as possible in 3 strength events: trap bar deadlifts, pull ups & push ups. Afterwards the lovely .rosebody guided us through a Hatha Yoga practice.

4 people hit 35-39 deadlifts 🤯
2 worked through pull ups: 21 & 15 reps
3 tackled push ups: 25, 45 & 46 reps

Solid work all the way through!

You’ll have 60 seconds to do as many as possible!

For your reps to count:
✅ Extend your arms completely
✅ You must pull to eye or chin level

The event is over when time is up or your hands less the bar.

This January we hosted a step challenge with our clients, with a goal of encouraging more movement in the new year.

The friendly competition was fun to watch and we were just amazed by the total numbers! The prize incentives were $100 gift card to Bookbinders for first place, $50 to Bowlero for second place, and $25 to The Smoky Mug for third place.

Winners:
🥇Will won 1st place with a whopping 511,117 steps.
🥈Missy won 2nd place with 461,995 steps.
🥉Barbie won 3rd place with 326,229 steps.
