As we wrap up our 6th season coaching the RMS Softball Club, we can honestly say this group of girls made us proud every single day. Finishing the season with a 25-6 record is an incredible accomplishment, but what means even more is the growth, heart, determination, and teamwork these girls showed all season long.

Every year brings a brand new team, made up of girls from 5th-8th grade. Most years, our team stays young because many of our 8th graders move up to JV. But no matter how young our roster may be, we always believe in these girls and the potential they have.

Watching them grow not only as players, but as teammates and young ladies, is what makes coaching so rewarding. Our goal has always been to help prepare them for the next level while teaching them confidence, discipline, hard work, and love for the game.

Thank you to our players, parents, supporters, and everyone who helped make this season special. The future of RMS softball is bright, and we can’t wait to see what these girls accomplish next.

We already look forward to next season and the opportunity to continue building, growing, and making memories with another great group of girls.

Adalynn G Strong As Richlands Middle School 2026 Shut Out Lebanon Lady Pioneers MS

Adalynn G shut down Lebanon Lady Pioneers MS, throwing a complete game shutout and leading Richlands Middle School 2026 to a 4-0 victory on Thursday.

Richlands Middle School 2026 got on the board in the bottom of the first inning after Ella Rae P tripled down the left field line, and Ashlyn J singled down the left field line, each scoring one run.

Richlands Middle School 2026 extended their early lead with two runs in the bottom of the third thanks to RBI errors by Ashlyn and Jayden G.

Ella R took the loss for Lebanon Lady Pioneers MS. The starter went six innings, allowing four runs (two earned) on five hits, striking out 10 and walking none.

Ashlyn and Ella Rae were a force together in the lineup, as they each collected two hits for Richlands Middle School 2026. Ashlyn and Ella Rae were tough to handle back-to-back in the lineup, as each drove in one run for Richlands Middle School 2026.

Ella led Lebanon Lady Pioneers MS with two hits in three at bats.

Pitching Impressive As Richlands Middle School 2026 Beat Tazewell Middle School

Both teams were strong in the circle on Tuesday, but Richlands Middle School 2026 defeated Tazewell Middle School 1-0. Adalynn G started the game for Richlands Middle School 2026 and recorded nine outs.

An early lead helped propel Richlands Middle School 2026 to victory. Richlands Middle School 2026 scored one run on a sacrifice fly in the first inning.

Adalynn earned the win for Richlands Middle School 2026. The hurler surrendered four hits and zero runs over three innings, striking out four and walking none. Mari took the loss for Tazewell Middle School. The starting pitcher went four innings, allowing one run on four hits, striking out four and walking two. Madi S pitched two innings of zero-run ball for Richlands Middle School 2026 in relief. The reliever allowed one hit, striking out two and walking none.

Ella Rae P went 1-for-1 at the plate and led the team with one run batted in. Ashlyn J, Adalynn, Sophia B, and Ella Rae each collected one hit for Richlands Middle School 2026.

Paislee led Tazewell Middle School with two hits in two at bats. Tazewell Middle School were sure-handed and didn't commit a single error. Leah made the most plays with four.

Richlands Middle School 2026 Win In Fashion, Walk It Off Versus Tazewell Middle School

Richlands Middle School 2026 took Tuesday's game in dramatic fashion, with a 4-3 walk-off victory over Tazewell Middle School. The game was tied at three in the bottom of the fifth when Madi S singled, scoring one run.

A single by Paige put Tazewell Middle School on the board in the top of the first.

Ella Rae P tripled down the right field line, which helped Richlands Middle School 2026 tie the game at one in the bottom of the first.

In the top of the fifth, Tazewell Middle School broke up the tie when Carley tripled, scoring one run. Then a ground out by Haley followed to extend the lead to 3-1.

Richlands Middle School 2026 captured the lead, 4-3, in the bottom of the fifth when Ella Rae tripled, scoring two runs, and Madi singled, scoring one run.

Adalynn G earned the win for Richlands Middle School 2026. The starter surrendered five hits and three runs (one earned) over five innings, striking out eight and walking none. Carley took the loss for Tazewell Middle School. The starter went four and two-thirds innings, surrendering four runs on five hits, striking out five and walking four.

Adalynn and Ella Rae were a force together in the lineup, as they each collected two hits for Richlands Middle School 2026 while hitting back-to-back. Ella Rae drove the middle of the lineup, leading Richlands Middle School 2026 with three runs batted in. The 3-hole hitter went 2-for-2 on the day.

Paige, Aubrey L, Paislee, Haley, and Carley each collected one hit for Tazewell Middle School. Paige, Haley, and Carley each drove in one run for Tazewell Middle School. Tazewell Middle School were sure-handed and didn't commit a single error. Carley made the most plays with three.
