We are so excited to have our new Club 24 app now available for download. 💥 Be on the lookout the email invite with instructions on how to download and register. Some members have already got it and love it! It makes door access, managing your billing info and more so easy and puts them all in one easily accessible place! 💪

Today is National Employee Appreciation Day! We don't tell them nearly enough but we are so thankful for the most amazing team we have. They do so much to give our members the best experience possible at Club 24 and we wouldn't be the company we are today without them! Thank You All!💪

How to get started:

2. Once completed, check your email to finish setting up your Kisi account (may take up to 24 hours to receive your email)
3. After account set up is complete - Kiss that keycard GOODBYE!

Club 24 South Richland is live with Kisi! If you don't want to miss your workout, sign up ASAP! All other clubs will go live with Kisi on July 8th!

Masks, vaccines, working out, 🥴

It's hard to keep up with which business is requiring what to stay in line with state mandates these days! With the recent CDC announcement, that has publicly been supported by both OR & WA Governors, fully vaccinated or medically-excused members no longer have to wear masks while working out! 🥳

In the mindset of community, neighborly love, and doing good to others ; please be honest and respectful in your mask use based on your current vaccination status. We trust our members will be examples of how well a community can self-govern through a honor system. Please be kind and polite in trusting other members are doing right by you and obeying the mandate with their choices.

Hey Club 24 Family. We apologize for the extended time it is taking to return your phone calls. We have brought in additional staff to help get us caught up. We are experiencing a drastically higher volume of calls than usual and are getting back to all of them as fast as we can. Our amazing staff is working tirelessly to help each and everyone one of you personally. Please understand that even though our response time right now is longer than we would like, you will all be taken care of!! We greatly appreciate your patience at this time.
Our Pasco, Union and Prosser clubs have staff on site now for limited hours and can also help you with any issues face to face. Staff is available
Monday - Thursday 4pm-7pm
Friday - Saturday 10am - 1pm.
