The Utah State University Men's Soccer Club is a member of the National Intramural-Recreational Sports Association, the national association of university club sports. Each year, all USU students are invited and encouraged to try out for the team during the first week of school. The team is formed, practices begin, and the season, which lasts from the beginning of September until the middle of Nov
ember, kicks off. The USU Men's Soccer team is a program unique from university-sponsored sports teams in that we are fully funded and organized by the players on the team. The costs of equipment, travel, uniforms, referees, and tournaments are covered by the dues paid by the players and contributions from generous individuals and businesses. The Aggie men play simply for the love of the game. Over the years, the Utah State soccer program has kept pace with fellow Utah teams like the University of Utah, SLCC, UVU, and Westminster, while Weber State has dominated the region. However, the soccer landscape in Utah is changing. There are large costs associated with the maintenance and improvement of the club. We count on family, friends, and soccer fans from all walks of life to keep our program running. You can contribute to the development of soccer in Logan by making a tax-deductible donation of any amount at http://www.usu.edu/camprec/htm/clubsports/donations or by sending contributions to:
