Richland Ryusyokai Karate-do

Richland Ryusyokai Karate-do Adult karate class Monday evenings at 5:00 p.m Kids class beginning in January. Date and time to be announced. We have openings. Class can be co-ed or not.

Traditional Okinawan Go-Ju Ryu Karate-do training. Member of Ryusyokai karate-do family founded by Senaha Shigetoshi Kancho Hanshi-9th dan. Classes taught by Mark Lester, Yon-dan. One 3 hour Saturday class per month. Depends upon interest. Cost is minimal. Intend to restrict number of students to small group. Would like to incorporate strength training, flexibilty, and Yoga techniques as class progresses.
