biggest improvements for middle schoolers from the viroqua course last year: liam (1 min 6 seconds), frank (1 min 24 seconds), and atley (2 min 16 seconds) 🥳

three high school runners also ran PRs in the heat on thursday: ben s (3 seconds), james c (12 seconds), and ben w (40 seconds)!

it was a hot one but the team SHOWED up!

congrats to the middle school boys for getting the win! high school boys placed second and high school girls placed third!

shoutout to mercy fretz, margaret lawless, and owen drier for winning their respective races 🙌

PR ALERT & RUNNERS OF THE WEEK

congrats to our runners who ran PRs on saturday! top two PRs were brayden burns (50 seconds) and sam harpin (35 seconds) 🥳

HS runners of the week: addie finished in the top 10 for a medal and led the girls team to victory, and ben helped the boys team to a win and ran close to a PR!

MS runners of the week: nicholas earned a top 25 finish in his first ever xc race and frank ran his first top 10 finish to help the boys to a win!

owen drier and pearl fretz were both individual champs in their respective races 🥳
