Final update: Byron had a great run!! He took the lead before the end of lap one and took off. Caution came out for a missing barrier. Restarted and led for quite a while until we ran into lap traffic. Smith got by and we held onto 2nd until the end when Nye squeaked by. Byron finished 3rd. What a race!

Byron starts 4th in the feature! He started third in the heat and finished third.

The 63 will be at Thunder Mountain tonight! Racing starts at 6 🏁

Worthing race fans, it’s finally time to fire things up! 🏁

We’re kicking off our season this Sunday at Weedsport with the big block, and we’re ready to get back at it.

This year will be a little different for us—there’s no set schedule. We’ll be racing when we can and taking the opportunity to check out some new tracks along the way.

We’re just about three months out from the start of the 2026 racing season 🏁

After a rocky end to the 2025 season, our team is focused on taking the next step in 2026, both on and off the track.

Right now, it’s full on off season rebuild mode: Engine freshen up and going through every nut and bolt to make sure the car is 100% race ready

After much thought and consideration, we have made the difficult decision to step back from the remainder of this race season. The extent of repairs needed combined with the short number of races left made this the best choice for our team moving forward. Thank you to all of those who reached out to help; it is appreciated.

While this isn’t how we envisioned closing out the season, we are incredibly grateful for the journey we’ve had. This year would not have been possible without the unwavering support of our sponsors, fans, family, and friends. We are not sure what our plans are for next year yet. We may take some time off, our girls are growing up fast.

From all of us at Worthing Racing - sending respect and well wishes to the Stewart Friesen team and family. These cars are fast, and the margin of error is thin. A reminder of just how crucial our safety devices are… HANS, containment seats, safety harness, helmets… every piece matters.
