Murph is coming up! Who would be interested if there was an option without pull-ups? Deadline for shirts is the 19th. If you want to participate but don’t want a shirt message us.

We will be doing the Murph Challenge again this year at ATO. $25.00 to participate which gets you a T-shirt and a photo or two. Jump on our website to register https://ato-crossfit.triib.com/events/murph-challenge/
We encourage all those who want to wear a vest to bring their own however we do have several available.
