Who needs a WOD today? Details below!

- Two rounds of each block.
- Feel free to sub whatever equipment you have available to you.
- For knee tucks, sub mountain climbers for 20 (10 each side).

If you want to get NUTS, add a 3-4 minute tread interval in after you complete two rounds of each block. Walk/run at moderate intensity for all 4 minutes, each of the three tread rounds.

A couple of our dinners from this week. Aiming to focus on healthier choices as we gear up for the warmer weather! I won't lie, the Ninja Foodie has made cooking super fun for us! Om nom nom.

1st - Lemon pepper walleye with sides of sweet potato fries & herb-seasoned broccoli and cauliflower.

2nd - Secret recipe rubbed chicken w/ sides of Caribbean rice & green bean + cauliflower-rice casserole.

rocked her, "Functional Movement Thursday," by bringing her always present positive attitude and work ethic. Seriously, this lady doesn't let ANYTHING slow her down. Her attention to detail and form through the first couple weeks of sessions is already paying dividends. Keep rocking it, Wonder Woman!! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿค˜๐Ÿฆธโ€โ™€๏ธ

Full-Body challenge for anyone with access to a barbell, dumbbells, and TRX...

Shoot for 3-4 rounds of each move EXCEPT the hollow hold press to butterflies... that is a one set burnout that you can choose to do at any point throughout your workout.

Saying she was up to the challenge is would be an understatement! Continually inspired by this lady's positive attitude and determination to finish every rep. Keep crushing it, Jackie! Let me tell you about this lady right here... Ms. Jackie (my Wonder Woman nerd) was a former client of mine who happened to stay in touch over the years, since our time together at Delta Airlines. As with many of us throughout the pandemic, she wanted to get more active. We reconnected and she asked, if she was able to get a suspension trainer, could we explore training virtually (as she's in the at-risk category).

Fast forward to today... Bringing a huge smile and determined spirit, she just completed her second full session with us and absolutely rocked it!

Having fought off multiple lower body injuries over the last three years, suspension training has allowed us to focus on movement form & ROM, yet still challenges her with each rep in safe, but effective fashion. I'm so excited to see the progress she makes in the coming weeks & months ahead. Keep it up, Jackie!!

New to exercise or unsure where to start? Working from home with little-to-no workout equipment? No worries! Here's a quick, bodyweight, full-body, four movement circuit that almost ANYONE can do from the comfort of their own home.

Provided are different levels for each movement to help accommodate for varying individual ability levels. Every move starts with, "Level 1," to help you get used to the movement in a safe manner. Each lower level helps prepare you for the next level up.

YOUR GOAL: Choose your starting level for each movement based on your comfort and ability level. Complete 10-12 reps of each movement before moving onto the next. Get through as many rounds of all four moves as you can! Complete this circuit 2-3 times per week to help get you back into your fitness swing!

BEGINNER TIP: If you're new to any of these moves, start at a lower level and get proficient with your reps (while still feeling challenged) before moving up to the next level.

CIRCUIT OUTLINE: (Remember, you choose the level for each movement!)

Squat x 10-12 reps

Cruch/Sit-Up x 10-12 reps

Push-Up x 10-12 reps

Reverse Lunge x 10-12 reps total (5-6 on each side)
