SUB FINAL Highlights/Updates -
The Legacy Teams of OMS and POS started playing against each other at the same place where they use to play till last year.
Teams were full of excitement and passion to fight for the 3rd place. Due to some inevitable and personal reasons the Vice Captain of X-Men could not make it to the Venue.
SuMMeR KinGs won the toss and decided to BAT. Good Bowling attack by Vivek Vishwanathan and Kunal Pathak but just to mention the Stream Bowlers did their part (Vinay Hegde and Shravan Nivsarkar) to keep the score confined as the Opening Batsmen of SuMMeR KinGs (Sreekantan Pillai and Sajith Vasu) started hitting from the very first ball. Sreekantan was hitting hard until Vinay took an awesome catch during Vivek's bowling spell. Sajith was the wall of the team who consistently scored some good runs. Both the teams were fighting hard against each other and the guest player (Suresh Mergu) did an awesome fielding by covering the field area from Long Off to Long On. Hats off to Ankit Tandon, Prakash Manikpuri and the President Prashant Panduranga who volunteered to support X-Men when they were short of some players.
Not to forget that the match was an awesome experience to watch and pages can be filled writing the highlights as we have so many interesting things to share but to conclude and before signing off please see the current score from where the SUB FINALS will be continued tomorrow 11:00 AM at the same venue due to the intervention by the rain today.
