Richardson Fit Chicks Fit Chicks is a non-military style boot camp for women of all fitness levels. Measurements are taken every 4 weeks (or when you prefer)!

Texas Fit Chicks believes that every woman should have affordable access to a personal trainer. Meeting with a trainer 3 times a week at a traditional gym would cost hundreds, and after just a few months, thousands. Our program is extremely affordable, and we offer 3 different options, depending on what your personal fitness goals are. Prices:
4 Week 'No Excuses' Boot Camp - $159
6 Month 'Fit For

Less' Package - $119/month 6 session commitment.
12 Month 'Commit to be FIT' Pkg - $99/month 12 session commitment. All packages include a full body composition assessment with your trainer before and after your session ends. She will take all measurements and calculate body fat percentage and Body Mass Index, so you can see your before and after boot camp results. Also includes a 30-day nutritionist-created meal plan with printable grocery lists and family-friendly recipes! The meal plan is updated quarterly, so the longer you commit, the more recipes you get.

To all my Plano and surrounding areas peeps: I’m hosting a FREE boot camp workout at the Liberty Rec Center on Thursday, January 2 at 9:15 am. You DO NOT have to be a member of Plano Parks and Recs to participate. All skill levels welcome, and open to both men and women. Space is limited, so register soon! (You can also register in person at Liberty the morning of)
