We’ll be offering lunch-time classes only at both locations, but don’t worry—you can still get your workout in throughout the day!

📍 RICHARDSON
🥋 11:00 AM — BJJ Gi

🚨 NEW SCHEDULE ALERT! 🚨
We’re making some exciting changes to our class schedules! 🥊🥋

🥋 More No-Gi is coming to BOTH locations! We know our previous schedule lacked No-Gi class options, so we’re adding more opportunities to train No-Gi at both Richardson and North Dallas!

🔥 Richardson: Official MMA classes are HERE, and we’re extending our BJJ class times to give you even more time on the mats!

🥋 We’re also excited to welcome our new Head BJJ Instructor! He officially starts Wednesday, September 2nd, kicking things off with the 6:00 AM BJJ class at our Richardson location. Come help us welcome him to the mats! 🔥

📍 North Dallas: We’re also making some schedule adjustments, including removing select classes while adding more No-Gi opportunities to better serve our members.

These changes are all about giving our members more opportunities to train and continuing to grow our MMA and BJJ programs! 💪🔥

Please check the updated schedule for all changes and plan your training accordingly. We’re excited for this next chapter and can’t wait to see you on the mats!

We’re excited to announce World Champion Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu coach Amaury Bitetti as our new Head BJJ Coach!🏆

With an incredible career and decades of experience on the mats, we’re honored to welcome Amaury to the Mezger Martial Arts family.

Welcome, Amaury Bitetti! 👊🔥

We can’t wait to see the knowledge, experience, and passion he brings to our members. Coach Amaury will officially begin teaching classes this September! 🥋🔥 We’re excited for our students to learn from and train alongside one of the sport’s most accomplished figures.

Coach Amaury holds a 7th Degree Red & Black Coral Belt — one of the highest and rarest ranks in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. A coral belt represents more than 30 years of dedication to the art at black belt, along with a lifetime of teaching, contributing to, and advancing BJJ.

To put that into perspective, there are fewer than 60 people in the world who hold this prestigious rank. 🥋🏆
