Save the date—Cornerstone Pilates is opening our doors for a day of movement, community, and fun!

Join us Saturday, September 26, from 9:00 a.m. to noon for our annual Open House. Come try free classes, meet our amazing team, shop with interesting local vendors, enjoy tasty sips and bites, and enter to win some fabulous raffle prizes—all while helping us celebrate eight years of Cornerstone Pilates!

Then, from 1:00 to 2:30, slow things down with a deeply relaxing Sound Bath led by Stacy Hill. Tickets for the Sound Bath are $50, and space is limited, so be sure to reserve your spot early.

Come for the movement, stay for the fun, and experience everything that makes Cornerstone so special. We can’t wait to welcome you!

“Nothing ever kept me coming back—until Pilates.”

I recently joined Sophia Evette on the Good Neighbor Podcast to share the story behind Cornerstone Pilates: how my own struggle with knee pain led me from client to instructor, and eventually to opening a studio dedicated to helping others move and feel better.

We talked about our growth from a 965-square-foot studio to the welcoming space we have today, the power of movement and alignment, and why I believe pain shouldn’t keep you from doing the things you love—whether that’s playing with your grandkids, enjoying a round of golf, or simply moving through everyday life with confidence.

My hope is always to help people reclaim that freedom and keep their lives from becoming smaller.

Pilates in suspension looked elegant online so naturally i signed up immediately. one hour later i was suspended by straps, shaking like a baby deer, and fighting for my life in the most aesthetically pleasing way possible. bodhi, i’ll be back unfortunately.
