Since my playing days ended, I've had a close eye and have been quietly analyzing the state of youth and high school football programs across the nation. Most of the youngsters I've watched, in my opinion, are lacking some of the most important and elementary football traits. As I write this, I'm prepared to move my coaching and analysis from my living room to back out on the football field. Here'
s a little bit about the history I share with America's game:
In high school, through my own hard work and dedication, I was ranked the nation's No. 3 wide receiver (By rivals.com), and garnered All American honors. After high school, I continued my education and football pursuits, playing four seasons at the University of Oklahoma from 2006 through 2009. As an undrafted free agent, I spent time with the New Orleans Saints, before ultimately finding a more permanent home in the Arena Football League. As a member of the Spokane Shock and San Jose SaberCats, I played to First Team All-Arena and Wide Receiver of the Year honors, capped off with an Arena Bowl championship in 2015.
